Very nice book, very informative and even come with some suggestions to keep them healthy, i am very happy with this purchase. I will recommend it to any new owner before getting your first chinchilla that way you know how to get prepare for this delicate pets, they are very cute but at the same time they need special care and this book is cover the basics, nice job!!! The price is the best for the content, and I got the ebook right after I made the payment. I would just suggest to add pictures of examples of cages, toys, the products etc. Thanks again!
Well for 30 or so pages not bad, but definitely falls short in what I call useful information: it states But C must be given daily, a chewable tablet is recommended. Have you seen the various strengths of Vit C tablets? Not heplful. Many issues of that nature.
This book I downloaded at first not knowing a thing about Chinchillas. I'm getting my first one in the next week or so, and now I feel confident that I can take care of my new Chinchilla when I bring him home! I know all about their diets, the dust baths and how to handle my new BFF when I bring him home! I'm more excited than nervous, and it's all due to this awesomely informative book by Sarah Yee!!! I so strongly recommend this book to ANYONE who is considering the adoption of their first Kit or adult Chinchilla!!!
This book teaches you how to take care of your pet chinchilla, or if your going to get one. Chapter 1 tells you all about the different color coats they have. I didn't know this but they are considered to be a cross between a squirrel and a mouse. I have previously owned a chinchilla and I loved mine.Their natural habitats are in the mountains of South America. Their fur can be grey/blue,white, black velvet and more. I never knew they came in all of those colors. They can live long lives if cared for properly. hey can live 15 to 20 years. If you want to learn about chinchillas or own one or are thinking about owning one this is a book for you.
I thought it was very informative. These animals are very high maintenance. Still wondering if I can handle all of it. I will be thinking about it for a while before I purchase one. Very good book.
